ACCIDENTS

Involved in an accident ?
We’ve got your back

Step 1 – Safety is your number 1 priority.

Check for injuries, firstly yourself, then those in the vehicle with you. Check your position on the road for approaching traffic and whether you need to move the vehicle or persons to a safer location. Check the occupants of the other vehicle/s and determine if emergency services need to be called.

Step 2 – Exchange insurance information.

Name, Email, Phone Number, Insurance Company, Make, Model, Year & Registration of Vehicle.

Step 3 – Call Crash Services.

If its not safe to drive your vehicle (either due to damage or you’re unable to drive), call Crash Services. We will collect your vehicle and take it to a secure storage yard awaiting further instruction.

Step 4 – Contact your insurance.

While you’re waiting or once you’re home, give your insurance company a call. Tell them we’ve got your vehicle in storage and take note of the claim number they provide. Send us an email with the claim number for our records.

Step 5 – From here, the insurance company takes over.

They liaise with us directly for information, advise us where the vehicle needs to go for repair or disposal and we deliver your vehicle where it needs to be.

No Insurance ? No problem.

If you have no insurance we can still help! The only difference is that you are directly responsible for the costs associated with recovery & storage, rather than the insurance company taking care of it all. Even if the other party is at fault, it’s still best to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

We service throughout the entire Manawatu & Horowhenua regions

This includes but is not limited to: Palmerston North, Levin, Ōhau, Opiki, Horowhenua, Foxton, Shannon and more.

Flexible Payment Options

We understand that unexpected expenses can arise after an accident. That’s why we offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs. Deciding the Fate of Your Vehicle

Once any outstanding charges have been settled, it’s time to decide what to do with your vehicle.
We provide two primary options:

TRANSPORTATION

If your vehicle is still roadworthy and you wish to have it transported to a specific location, we can make arrangements to move it promptly and efficiently.

DISPOSAL

In some cases, it may not be viable to keep the vehicle. If this is the case, we can facilitate the proper and safe disposal of your vehicle in accordance with legal and environmental regulations.
