If your vehicle is not safe to drive, call us immediately. We provide fast accident towing services and will transport your vehicle to a secure storage yard.
Step 3 - Exchange insurance information
Name, Email, Phone Number, Insurance Company, Make, Model, Year & Registration of Vehicle.
Step 4a - Contact your insurance and let them take over
While you’re waiting or once you’re home, call your insurance company to report the accident. Let them know we have your vehicle in storage and note the claim number they give you—then email it to us for our records. From there, your insurer will liaise with us directly and advise where your vehicle needs to go for repair or disposal. We’ll handle the rest.

If you don’t have insurance, come into the Crash Services office as soon as you can. Our team will walk you through your options, help you decide what to do with your vehicle—whether that’s arranging repairs, storage, or disposal—and make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

We can still help with car towing and vehicle recovery, even if you don’t have insurance. You’ll just need to cover the towing and storage costs yourself. It’s always best to act quickly, even if the other driver is at fault.
