Your vehicle will be held for either 28 days or 6 months, depending on the impound notice. For 28 day impounds full payment must be made before release. For 6-month impounds, payment is due by day 38 unless you enter a payment plan with us. When collecting, bring your photo ID and a copy of the impound paperwork. Note: the vehicle will only be released to the registered owner at the time of impoundment.
